Comfortable convenient location for short visit.

Great location and comfortable facilities for a short break to visit Whitby and tour surrounding area. Complimentary tea, coffee and pint of milk were a lovely welcoming touch. John was very helpful in calling us to warn us of road closures on our day of arrival.

8 / 10

great value compared to other properties in area - would stay again.

superb location, clean, tidy, quick response from hosts.

bathroom is rather small - adequate, but small.

Generally fab stay

Great location Nice and clean Comfy bed

Couldn’t operate tv remote for channels on normal tv . Very hard to flush chain and turn off taps . Thought there maybe a washing machine and dishwasher for family use .

8 / 10

great location, easy to find, parking is possible nearby, parking vouchers appreciated

great location

carpets need a clean in lounge, a sharp knife would be handy. Bit concerned the door code hasn't changed in 2 years - security concern.
