The hotel is very conveniently located near to the waterfront but on a calm street. I booked just a standard room but it was fantastic. It was very spacious, the shower was amazing and the bed was super comfortable. I also had a beautiful view from my window. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend the hotel. Staff were all very friendly. I wish that I had more time in beautiful Porto.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the hotel’s professional response when I later shared my feedback directly with them.
There were a few service issues during my stay, particularly with housekeeping and room service, that could have been handled better. I shared the details directly with the hotel, and they responded promptly and professionally.

Windows are weak and outside noise came from the street to the room. During the last day no towers were provided.
