Beautiful area and view shame about the owners

The area was beautiful and so peaceful the view was outstanding.

The owners, we went for two weeks of peace as my son is autistic and he struggles with people being around and the first question I asked was would we be totally alone. Everyday from day one we were presented with visitors. In the first week we saw the owner every other day if not them the gardener or pool lady. The gardener arrived lay down on the grass next to the pool and once stayed there for 3 hours making us unable to use the pool we were paying for and scaring my son who because of the constant stream didn't eat till the 28th from our arrival on the 17th August as this is his coping mechanism and he would lock himself in his room. Also it is advertised as a four bedroom house on the first day the owner decided we didn't need the extra rooms and locked them so we were confined to one floor but paying for two. You are also not told there are three floors in total but you can't go near the bottom floor and you are informed of this very clearly on the first day you also can't park on the property even though there is secure space you are told to park outside the property and we had the owner ring tge bell one day at 6.30 scaring tge lufe out of us because he wanted the car moving a few inches. . You are also told to pay a 100 euro cleaning fee but you don't have to it's not in novosols terms and conditions and they will not be cleaning the house as I cleaned it before we left, I asked for the money back I was told it was a novosol rule which as I've stated it isn't. So if you want to spend two weeks being harrashed daily unable to use the facilities you are paying for then use this house if you have saved up for nearly a year and a half and wanted peace for your son who suffers then don't I wish I hadn't

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Die Lage des Hauses ist atemberaubend schön. Durch die vielen Fenster und Terrassen hat man nahezu einen rundum Blick in die Berger und ins Tal. Die Ruhe ist traumhaft. Ferne Ziegenglöckchen und ein paar Vögel, ab und an Hundegebell. Mehr Geräusche sind nicht zu hören. Die ganze Gegend ist (wie überall in Italien) sehr geschichtsträchtig, überall schöne und teilweise sehr alte Kichen und Abteien mit schöben Fresken und Mosaiken der letzten 2000 Jahre. Dörfer wie Casperia und viele andere sind zauberhaft. Die Menschen sind sehr zuvorkommend und aufgeschlossen.

Ohne Auto geht gar nix; zum Dorf selbst (2 km) muss man die Landstraße nehmen, und der italienische Fahrstil ist "gewöhnungsbedürftig". Busfahrpläne sind nur online einzusehen und schwer verständlich. Der nächste Bahnhof ist kurvige und bergige 8 km entfernt. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist sehr steil, und für einige von uns nur mit Stossgebete zu bewältigen...
