On the positive side, the location was excellent, and the landlord was very kind, friendly, and welcoming host. I also really appreciated that it was allowed to check out at 11:00 AM.
* The bed linen had stains.
* The neighbors were very noisy at night, which made it difficult to rest.
* The internet connection was poor, and there was no Wi-Fi.

Really just 5 mins walk to Vatican and the Metro Station .

The rooms are not very large but thoughtfully designed and comfortable, and the apartment is ideally located close to many of the main attractions. The kitchen area is spacious enough, and the balcony is a lovely addition, perfect for relaxing or for smaller groups.
It’s a great base for exploring the city, especially if you plan to spend most of your time out and about.
The host was very responsive to all our questions, and Andrea, the assistant, was particularly helpful and attentive throughout our stay.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others
