This was my second stay and I came back for a reason.
The hotel sits on the main promenade, so the pijalnia, the Góra Parkowa lift, and the rest of Krynica are a short walk away. This place beautifully recreates the experience of a 19th-century spa vacation but fully upgraded to today's high standards. I had an amazing room facing the promenade — high ceilings, clean, cozy, with a view of the town.
The restaurant is great. In October they had rydze na maśle (local wild mushrooms fried in butter) — a classic autumn specialty of the Beskids. They even adjusted dishes for me as a vegetarian.
Traveler note: Book the underground parking early because space is limited. Getting out was a bit tight with a larger vehicle, but normal cars should be fine. Since the promenade is a strict no-car zone and public parking is far away, having an on-site spot is a massive convenience.
Outstanding hospitality, and I'll definitely be back.

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay for a weekend away. The location was excellent and the facilities were modern. Also the SPA area was small but great.
Nothing that I didn't like, but I would appreciate an espresso machine in the room and a gym in the hotel.

Hotel zadbany, gustownie urządzony. Świetna lokalizacja, pomocny personel, smaczne i różnorodne śniadania. Woda, kawa, herbata, czajnik w pokoju. Voucher na kawę/herbatę/lampkę wina w restauracji. Hotelowe sauny i tężnia w cenie pokoju.

Very nice hotel in a historic building right in the center of the pedestrian area and a very beautiful city.
Newly renovated spacious rooms and great breakfast.
Excellent restaurant.
Minor issue is that the staff do not speak very much English and the area is in general aimed at domestic visitors.
