Im großen und ganzen schön bis auf Sachen, die verändert werden könnten. Der Preis war dafür etwas zu hoch.

Es ist fussläufig alles gut zu erreichen und es gibt ein eignen Parkplatz vor der Tür. Strand und Promenade nicht weit entfernt.

In der Küche gibt es leider wenig und nur eine einfache Ausstattung (Besteck, kleine Bretter und keine Schüssel, kein Spüli usw.) Der Mülleimer hat keinen Deckel und es gab auch nur 1x Müllbeutel. Im Bad (keine Seife, wenig Toilettenpapier und der Abfluss in der Dusche und im Waschbecken waren Verstopft). Der Balkon braucht ein mal eine Grundreinigung.

Nachdem wir "klar Schiff" gemacht hatten, war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Die Lage ist wirklich gut, mit dem Rad nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Eine gering befahrene Wohnstraße, also sehr ruhig. Auch im Haus war es ruhig. Der für 2 Personen ausreichend große Balkon zum Garten bekommt die Morgensonne ab, wir haben dort jeden Tag gefrühstückt. Das Zimmer war hell und freundlich. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war gut. Ausreichend Platz für Handtücher...mehrere Haken und Stangen. Schränke für Kleidung (zum Hinhängen und Hinlegen) waren reichlich. Die Matratzen sind schön fest.

Der Toilettensitz passte nicht auf die Toilettenschüssel, ein völlig anderes Modell, das deswegen hin und her rutschte. Die Keramik war zudem nicht ordentlich am Fußboden befestigt und ebenfalls wackelig. Das Waschbecken war ziemlich klein und der Abfluss stark verdreckt durch Haare, Seifenreste usw, und verstopft. Von der Vermittlung bekamen wir eine Flasche Drano, da über das Wochenende nichts zu machen sei. Hat erstmal geholfen. Am Montag wurde die Toilette erfolgreich erneuert. die Dusche hat einen sehr engen Einstieg (ich bin normal gebaut und hatte Probleme) und war auch verstopft, Drano hat auch hier erstmal geholfen. Die 2 Halterungen für den Duschkopf waren beide defekt und ließen sich nicht feststellen. Die Duschtür hatte von außen unten einen Stockfilm, den man mit putzen wegbekommen hätte. Auch wenn es nicht in der Beschreibung stand: Einen Fön hätte ich standartmäßig durchaus erwartet. Die Garderobe vor dem Bad fiel aus der Halterung und musste mit sehr viel Vorsicht behandelt werden. Die Küche war sehr klein, ebenso der Kühlschrank...selbst für 2 Personen! Die Ausstattung war mehr als dürftig, eigentlich nur fürs Frühstück geeignet. Es fehlten so viele Teile zum Kochen, die ich in einer Ferienwohnung normalerweise vorfinde: Nudeltopf, Auflaufform, Sieb, tiefes Backblech, Flaschenöffner, Korkenzieher war da, aber krumm und schief, Geschirr war ebenfalls schon etwas dezimiert, Salat/Dessertschälchen nicht vorhanden. 1 mittelgroße Glasschüssel war da. Auch wenn man das Wäschepaket nicht mitbucht: Ausreichend Putzmittel und Lappen für Küche und Bad sollten selbstverständlich sein. Waren sie nicht, dafür ein Staubsauger, den wir erstmal auseinanderbauen und saubermachen mussten...hoffnungslos verdreckt. Danach funktionierte er wieder. Fussleisten waren mit reichlich Staub bedeckt, oben in den Ecken und an den Wänden hingen staubige Spinnweben Die Kopfkissen müssten dringend durch neuere ersetzt werden, meins fühlte sich an wie Knetmasse!
