We chose the penthouse apartment, and what place! 2 levels, with the bedroom on floor 2, and the kitchen on floor 3. The unit includes 2 terraces, one off of the kitchen, and the other on the roof. The roof terrace provided a gorgeous view of the cathedral, as well as the Seville sky line. Both floors have lift/elevator access, including direct elevator access to the kitchen floor. The main bed is king size and comfortable. There is a pull out couch on the kitchen level as well. The location was awesome. 15 minute walk to the major sites, and 20 minute walk across the river for flamenco. My wife and I loved this place and would happily rent it again.
The upper patio needs to be cleaned up.

Excellent location and the apartment is peaceful and quiet despite being in the noisy city centre. 5 mins walk to the cathedral, 1 min walk to an amazing flamenco bar (Casa Matías). The bed is comfortable and it’s handy having a large TV in the bedroom. Decent kitchenette with all mod cons.
The elevator doesn’t work, there is a coffee machine but they didn’t provide coffee pods, the TV in the living room doesn’t appear to work, the furniture in the living room is strange and uncomfortable. There is a problem with ventilation in the bathroom (some black mould)
