My overall stay was good. I would book again if needed.

Regarding the stay, stay away.

Location.

Property has strict rules and does not allow you to have a guest even for 10 minutes. Trying to resolve issues it’s difficult because the manager has no decision-making authority. Has to reach out to owners for decisions which takes hours.

Bed bug Hotel

Nothing Here's a factual, detailed review based on what you've shared and the photos you provided: ★☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves an honest one. I checked into my room and immediately found numerous serious issues that made it unacceptable to stay. I found what appeared to be a bed bug, which I have on video. The deadbolt and security latch on the main door were broken, meaning the room could not be properly secured. That alone made me feel unsafe. The room was also in very poor condition. The air conditioner was not working, and the room temperature was around 82°F. The sink was broken and filthy, the couch was extremely dirty with cushions falling apart, there were dog treats and food left on the floor, clothing left behind by a previous guest, a cigarette butt left in the toilet, and vulgar profanity written on the wall. There were also broken fixtures, including a light switch that did not work. Overall, it appeared the room had not been properly cleaned or inspected before I arrived. Because of these conditions, I did not stay in the room. I documented everything with photos and video and immediately contacted both the hotel and Booking.com. The most frustrating part was trying to obtain a refund. I was repeatedly told the manager was unavailable and to call back later. Instead of taking responsibility and resolving the issue promptly, I spent days trying to get answers while the refund process was delayed. I appreciate that Booking.com ultimately processed a refund, but the condition of this room and the difficulty resolving the situation made this one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I hope management improves its cleaning standards, room inspections, maintenance, and customer service so future guests don't have the same experience.

The price and that there was a kitchen

there was nothing in the kitchen to cook or eat with and the area was very bad. There was prostitution going on and drug use.

The layout was nice

The shower was leaking, not enough towels for 3 people, no washcloth, the iron was leaking when you would iron, and no cover for the ironing board. Seemed like a rehabilitation housing project. I called, and I requested what I needed it was never delivered. The door looked it was broken before.
