The central location, easy access and communication. The studio was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. We liked the building which combines modern and old features.

Clean and bright apartment, comfortable beds and everything you need in the tiny kitchenette and bathroom. Central location in the heart of the old city close to the castle, so prepare for a hike up. Great view from the window. Lisbon is a great city to visit. Reception times are limited, but they are flexible.
Difficult to get to and while outside noise is blocked, inside the floor creaks within the apartment and above too, so you can hear guests moving around which could make it a bit noisy and wake you up.

The towels were luxuriant. We loved the view from our room and the location. The decor was lovely. Patio, once accessible was delightful.
The room did not match the photos. If there were more than one room type available at the time of booking, we would have known that our room was not the suite that was being advertised as the standard room. We were expecting something very special and the room was lovely but did not meet the pictures. There were rules everywhere around the apartment and what not to do, but could have been offset with some helpful information like how to access the patio and local laundromats. We had a note to enjoy free coffee capsules, but none were provided, even after enquiring. Soap was not replaced after apartment was serviced. Only fresh towels and no fresh sheets for 5 days. We had to ask how to get to the public patio but for the first 3 days, it was covered with a large rug and unusable. Overall, a lovely apartment but not a welcoming environment.
