Convenience being DownTown. Well equipped.
No onsite parking space parking expensive and limiting.

The roof
The gap in the windows allowing more noise from outside to come inside, the shower wasn’t consistently hot it was either cold or extremely hot

The unit I stayed in was clean, modern, and spacious. Nice high ceilings, comfortable couch, fast Wi-Fi, and the TV was good. The rooftop pool/hot tub and gym were enjoyable. The view from the roof was beautiful especially at sunset. The instructions for getting into the building and the unit were clear and detailed. The kitchen was well equipped.
The area the building is located in feels very unsafe. There were often homeless & mentally ill people around the entrance and alley nearby. I personally witnessed someone smoking crack across the street and someone shooting up right next door. Also somewhere in the building there was a smoke detector that needed a new battery and I could hear it beeping the whole time I was in the unit. Someone had urinated in the hallway outside the unit and another time there was urine in the elevator. Also lots of flies in the hallways.
