Location, location, location: This modern apartment is in the middle of the city center. Once you step outside the apartment, you have plenty of cafe's and restaurants to choose from. Efficient and pleasant contact with the owner via Whatsapp (English): parking (Goito parking EUR 16/24h) and dinner suggestions, entry codes to the gate and door etc. Apartment is efficiently designed considering the available m2. Washing machine available as well as kitchen. A pity we only stayed for one night. Would this apartment definitely recommend to anyone visiting Parma.
We had some challenges with the AC but it was resolved quickly and adequately by the owner.

1) location
2) clean and modern accommodations
3) security
1) Were not informed that we couldn’t drive our car to the location, it’s in a pedestrian only area
2)Were informed that there was a parking garage near by after calling our host, but no directions on how to find it. It cost 16 euros per day
3)Had to pack luggage several blocks from parking garage to room
4)Lots of noise late into the evening
