this place was great. It was very close to shops and within walking distance to lots of things. The staff are especially kind and excellent. They let us store our luggage without any hassle. Lorenza was a very good communicator and she made the experience easy.
We also had never experienced the hotel staff cleaning our room so nicely, it was unexpected, I think if I knew they would organise our clothing and pack things neatly I wouldn't have put stuff so messily.
Oh and they had a lift! It was only the second floor but throughout our whole experience in Italy, we were always on top floor without lift. So this was a great bonus.

Good location, very clean. Key system was super easy to use.

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The location is within walking distance to the historical hub, with a great variety of restaurants and attractions. It is also near de train station. The staff was friendly and responsive.

Location is great. Bed linen were clean.
Floor and walls need renovation. Staff have no clue about how to organise a proper check in process. I got via whats up a lots of informations. Double informations inclusiv the reminder to check out before 10 o’clock…before I checked in. Essential information about check in are missing. Check in is online. You get a video. But no info on whats up about the adress of your room. I asked the client service about the adress. I got a link from Google maps. I went to the location….surprise! Was the headquarter, not the room. Overall they must improve their client service for a better review.
