We loved the pool area, the quiet location of the house and the beautiful view. There is plenty of room for a big family of 15. We enjoyed our stay and would return. It was easy to get the keys from the key box.
The pictures are accurate.
The beds are not very comfortable, they could really use an upgrade. We couldn't find a "welcome binder" in the house with relevant information telling us for example the wifi password, etc. We contacted the agency to get the password but it didn't work. After a couple of days we managed to reset the wifi-box.
It would also have been nice with a first aid kit in the house, and unbreakable/plastic cups to use on the patio.

Location was good
Cheap basic furniture
Basic bedding
The place was totally empty ie not a single tea bag / no soap for showers even on first night etc / a single umbrella poolside (altho when we requested more one more was provided) altho both were partly broken / no washing up liquid or dishwasher tabs - until we could do a good shop (we arrived late on a Sunday) there was nothing provided that we could use
