Location, cleanliness, ample space, accommodating staff, classy interior, kitchen utensils, panoramic views from the apartment. Three-minute walk from Nizami street. Grocery stores, cafes nearby. Safe location.
Elevator of the building a little slow, but no big deal.

The location is very close to center. Just a few steps and you reach fountain area
We didn't have hot water for whole one day. Lifts are slow, no room service, no one even helps with luggage, they didn't even allow taxi to come Inside parking for us to unload or load our bags. And also we were on 12th floor so the whole building heater was in our balcony and someone had to come fix it during our stay. Bedings and towels are really old so don't expect comfort.
