Modern facilities, comfortable beds, nice parking underground (free)
1. Staff is very poor, not helpful, not informed, almost embarrassed, looking at each other to try to figure out what to say. From the reception, to breakfast staff, it feels like no one knows how to work in an hotel
2. Cleaning - Our room was only cleaned 1 day (out of 4 nights), despite the requests. IN the corridor of our floor 2 dirty glasses stayed in the same place for 3 days (on top of fire hose cases, pretty well visible next to the lifts.
