The lady at the reception Hassania she was really good, extremely polite, very friendly and accommodating. It’s nice to come across good staff… even if you’re having a bad day, they can make your day a little bit better. Bless her.
Nothing it did what it was supposed to do and it provided the services I required. I was absolutely satisfied.

The hotel is in a perfect location if you are planning to arrive or depart by train as it is just across the road from the central Marrakech Train Station. It is also in walking distance of all the restaurants and shops of Gueliz. It has a large, attractive swimming pool in an interior couryard which is a big attraction during the hot summer months. On arrival I was upgraded to a slightly larger room which was very welcome.
Everything was fine.
