Encanto Tarazona

It was clean

We didn't have a good start as there was a problem accessing the parking..The approach to the hotel's parking lot is via a narrow one way street. You need a code, which the hotel do not send in advance and you can not then call them as otherwise you block the road so you end up having to drive past. Once we managed to get the code and retrace our route, the code didn't work as the doors were broken. We had to call again and this time the receptionist came out, also couldn't get it to work and gave us very little guidance as to what to do. Told us to park in front of the hotel and walked off, without giving us any directions. It is about a 5 min walk from there to the hotel, My husband is a fluent Spanish speaker so it was not a language barrier. She was brusque and far from welcoming when we eventually made it to check in, no apologies for the inconvenience, no information about the hotel or how to access WiFi, no information about the area. There is no sound proofing in the room and they have a busy bar so its very hard to sleep.
