Beautiful little cottage, in the heart of Lytham.
Great location, in between the shops and the sea front.
There was a strong smell of dogs in the property and I think it needs a proper clean

Open plan living,
very comfy beds.
Sun trap garden
Tv that was simple to use
The location didnt use car for any of our stay
2nd bedroom didnt have a set of drawers - could put a low one between the beds .
Mirrors very high for small people
As the staircase was very steep would of liked a handrail all the way down .
No enough glasses in the kitchen

The location is perfect right in the town kitchen is well fitted and has everything you need. .
The cottage needs a deep clean. Sofa smells really badly of dogs and the carpets in the conservatory are stained with what looks like dog wee.very dusty as well.
