Absolutely horrendous and had to pay for alternative accommodation!

Absolutely horrendous experience! Follows directions which led us to a ‘car park’. Rand the contact number for them to tell us ‘it’s the big building’ we were surrounded by big buildings! Didn’t even give us the name of said building. After over an hour of trying to figure out where it was we rang the contact number again several times with no answer and then had a message saying ‘sorry busy’. To top it all off when we finally entered the complex the pool was completely empty. In 30° heat a pool was the reason we booked! We ended up having to pay over £400 for another place to stay and no help from Homing or booking.com!

No operational pool.

A localização do edifício é excelente e as áreas comuns, como a piscina, são bastante confortáveis e em bom estado.

Infelizmente, a experiência no apartamento ficou muito aquém do esperado. O principal problema é que as fotografias divulgadas não correspondem à realidade do imóvel. O único quarto do apartamento apresenta uma infiltração crónica na parede atrás da cama — uma situação claramente do conhecimento do anfitrião, mas que não foi informada antes da reserva. Devido ao mau estado do quarto, foi impossível utilizá-lo. Viajava em família (um casal e duas filhas adolescentes) e fomos forçados a dormir todos na sala, divididos entre o sofá e colchões no chão, o que causou um enorme desconforto durante toda a estadia. Embora tenhamos reportado o problema ao proprietário, que informou nada poder fazer a respeito e propôs uma compensação financeira, que em comparação ao ocorrido foi simbólica, o valor não compensou de todo a falta de condições. Além disso, para um alojamento de férias com cozinha, faltam utensílios e itens básicos do dia a dia (como escorredor de massa ou molas para a roupa). O imóvel deixou muito a desejar no que toca à transparência e ao conforto. Não recomendo e não voltaria a hospedar-me aqui. Deixei claro que tenho problemas respiratórios que foram agravados pelo cheiro de mofo do quarto, problema que teria sido evitado se os anfitriões tivessem responsabilidade e honestidade com seus hóspedes.

Tenha potencial e não fosse gerido por uma empresa.

A casa é grande e dá para uma familia de 4.

Falta de talheres, toalha de mesa/maos, molas da roupa, esfregão da loica. Só 4 garfos e facas. Os armarios do quarto abanam por todo o lado e tem pouco lugar para arrumar a roupa e coisas da cozinha. A limpeza também não é a melhor.

Da localização. Da limpeza . O edifício tanto no exterior como interior está limpo, é um bom alojamento.

Na reserva diz que não tem piscina e depois de conferir coma empresa que gere o alojamento foi confirmado que não teria acesso à piscina embora as primeiras fotos são logo de uma cama à beira de uma piscina. A explicações para check in e check out são contraditórias. A casa é boa mas podia apresentar melhores condições, por exemplo, na cozinha pode ter mais utensílios. A decoração pode ser melhorada. Apesar de tudo é um bom alojamento.

Très bon emplacement. Agence Homing Très bien.

Amélioration nécessaire : goulotte extérieure absente : fils électriques apparents. Rouille de plusieurs appareils Grille-pain, climatiseur extérieur, idem pour l'égouttoir, l'étendoir, le fauteuil de terrasse...Dommage car l'appartement mériterait MIEUX !
