Convenient location, big spacious room and easy check in
There is a flight of stairs to get to the hotel but no elevator so if you are traveling with heavy suitcases slightly annoying …but I’m an overpacker so that is a me problem

I loved the communication from the staff and I really like how clean the rooms were. The amenities in the room were great such as the straightener and the Nespresso machine. The ability to watch Netflix on the television was a huge bonus as well. Air conditioning worked flawlessly.

Compact, comfortable rooms with brilliant accessories including irons and hair straighteners. The location is within walking distance to central Florence but away from the noise of the city. We had some issues with our bathroom and the staff sorted it immediately whilst we were out! The hospitality was amazing.

It was okey for a quick sleepover. Walking distance to the centrum area.
The entrance, it felt like a hostel and not a hotel. Got it through booking.com, and there it looked very dofferent from the actual experience.
