Pools and gardens immaculate and beautiful. Staff were lovely especially ibraham the hotel was not the same on his day off!
We first stayed here 10 years ago rooms are very dated need improvement beds very hard and uncomfortable a mattress topper would help .
Breakfast was ok the fried egg/omelette/pancake station was great very friendly lady .

Always clean and fresh, the grounds are gorgeous, pools are fab and bars just where you need them. Hotel is always very clean and staff cannot do enough for you. Lunch time menu is basic but very good food.
Restaurant needs a lot of work, it looks lovely but the chef isn’t great and does his own thing even though you want what you asked for on the menu. We had the wrong starter brought which then had to be cooked which meant the starter we ordered came after the other at almost the same time as the mains and then the mains are a bit hot and miss depending on what you ordered. I asked for steak with mushroom sauce as I fancied a nice juicy steak and the creaminess of a sauce tuning around it, what I got was a dry ish steak with a dried up pink sauce over it and not a mushroom to be seen. When I asked about the apparently the chef had decided a wine sauce would be nice, it wasn’t, I wanted what I ordered. I gave most of it to the cats and even they didn’t want more than a few pieces. Ate at the restaurant one evening last year too, wasn’t great then either so although we will def go back we will give the restaurant a miss in the evenings, which is shame actually!

Amazing place. Love the staffs attentiveness, Ibrahim who we saw the most has an excellent memory and remembered the little stuff we told him which obviously makes you feel very valued! We had a faulty lightbulb and he came to fix it straight away.
The location is excellent, just a 5 minute walk to the river path to lead you to restaurants and into Dalyan.
The 3 pools were great and were never too full.
The only downside is that they don't do food after 4.30- would be great just to have the option to get snacks there .
Just loved this hotel and ideal for a toddler- lots of safe space to roam!'
