Nice hotel, rooms are decent size with a balcony. Firendly staff but not speaking english (translator needed). The beds were comfy and we had what we needed in the bedroom. We took a room with 2 large bed for 2 adults and 2 young adults. It was definitely ok.
The reception was a mess when we arrived, the hotel laundry was laying around in the hall. THis is messy and needs to be adressed. It's a nice hotel but that gave a bad first impression, hence not a 10.

Very good location, close to nice restaurants, bars and shops, close to Yatai restaurants too. Very convenient to go Hakata station by foot or via bus.
Could clean a bit during the stay. Could have an micro wave and a laundry close by.
