Superb location right in the middle of town. Lovely accommodation. One of our favourite places to stay

The best thing were the staff who were very helpful. Other than that the room we were in was on the ground floor, opposite the laundry and was very noisy (ear plugs were provided). It was dark and definitely in need of renovations. For the money we paid it was the worst room on our trip. The location was great, easy walk to the historic areas.
Noisy, unloved room, stained carpet and fraying cupboards

We loved this hotel. The staff were exceptional. We felt they truly cared about our travel experience. So professional, yet kind and warm. We would definitely stay here again.
The added touches, such as the tea and coffee service available all day and the snacks in the afternoon after a day of sightseeing were very nice.

We were placed in a distant house that was badly laid out and badly heated.
