Clean, friendly and helpful staff. Such a convenient location very near to the train and bus stations, immortal Wind Street, many cafés and bars. And only about 20 mins walk to the waterfront and on to the flat paved bike and footpath stretching down to Mumbles with lovely along the coast
An airfryer would be a great addition to the excellent communal kitchen, if possible

Friendly staff, kitchen.
External noise. For three consecutive nights, drunk people continued to sing and shout at nearby pubs, until 4 am., 2 am., and 1 am.! Earplugs are provided at the reception desk. People in other rooms may not care.
