Nice and clean with nice size room and facilities.
Requested and earlier check-in before the 4pm standard arrival time but never got a response to my request so had to delay my journey. Only got a response about 20 mins or so before the 4pm arrival time with confirmation of the door code and room I had been allocated.
Sat nav post code doesn't take you to the location as it directs you to about 250 yards further up the road, which could be confusing if arriving at nighttime.
But most disappointing of all there was no hot water at all in the room and I only found this out when trying to take a shower and hour before checking out. The basin tap didn't have hot water either as just thought it was the shower.
Very disappointing and probably won't stop here again.
