The location of the apartment suited us well. In a quiet street but near to restaurants, bars, the town’s facilities and Pingo Doce supermarket. The apartment was very spacious and clean with everything as advertised. Ample towels and bedding were provided along with plenty cooking pots etc. Good a/c and an efficient shower. The outdoor terrace was lovely and was equipped with seating, shade, an table and clothes drying facilities.
Negatives - we found the beds a bit too hard.
A neighbour’s dog disturbed our sleep as it barked a lot through the night, which is a pity as the apartment was located in a quiet street.

Excellent location within easy walking distance of centre, restaurants etc. Lovely spacious apartment with a large terrace, getting the sun all day. The host was extremely helpful, responded to my questions very quickly. Picking up the keys was no problem.
Unfortunately around 4 neighbourhood dogs, which were left outside quite a lot of the time, barked non stop. Not very peaceful when sitting outside on the lovely terrace eating our breakfast. I do love dogs but unfortunately this would put me off staying there again, which is a shame as the apartment is very nice.
