Filthy, unkept, dirty sheets, cat urine, don’t stay here

Nothing, it was disgusting

FILTHY! Sheets were dirty on the bed, smelled of cat urine, huge water blob caving in on the ceiling. Filth on every baseboard. No light in the shower???

Big disappointment! Owners don't care if you get sleep or not.

DO NOT GO. We booked 4 nights. Upon arriving we found that the ‘cabin’ was actually half of a cabin without adequate sound proofing. We also found that the kitchenette was only a sink, small refrigerator, a microwave and a coffee maker – basically the same thing that you get in almost any motel room. No stove or cooktop. No dishes or glasses. We resigned ourselves to making do. Boiled pasta in the microwave using small dishes we had - not recommended. Then the noise from the other side of the cabin started – mostly screaming child and adult. We immediately discussed the problem with Chuck, the manager, and asked to be moved to another cabin. We were told that all the other cabins were occupied. We never saw another person from any other cabin, no other vehicles, and no other lights on. Chuck discussed the noise issue with the person in the other half. We hoped that would take care of the problem. However, we were kept awake by the neighbor's TV most of the night and screaming from the child. By morning we determined that we could not stay, not getting sleep for 3 more days., So dropped the key thru the mail slot since the office was not open. Later that morning we called the manager and told him that we couldn’t stay any longer due to the noise and wanted our money back for the 3 days that we could not stay. Booking has since told me that we would not get our money back for the 3 unused days. Its a nightmare – don’t go. Kanab has lots of motels.

See above. The 'cabin' was half a cabin and the 'kitchenette' was just like what you get at a motel. The manager was nice and tried to help with the noise problem, but that didn't get us a good nights sleep and supposedly we couldn't be moved to another cabin and the owners apparently don't care if your stay is sleepless and won't refund your money for unused nights.

It was a good value. Beds were comfortable. Just a little over an hour to North Rim and only 15 minutes from Pipe Springs. Both were worth the visit. I was able to use my membership for YouTube TV and watch my favorite football team

While cabin was clean and comfortable, it needs an update. The shower head was too low. There was a small tear in the shower curtain. Windows did not open. It would have been nice to get some fresh outside air. Some small amenities would have been nice. Like a fire pit or a grill. A picnic table at each cabin would be great.

Nice room and interesting lay out! I liked the place! Also clean and inviting.

The microwave and fridge weren't plugged in. Outlets didn't work so could not plug them in. Coffee machine was broken.
