Location is excellent and real bonus to have a parking space as well. The advert doesn’t say it had a utility with a downstairs toilet which was handy as we were travelling with someone with limited mobility. So please ensure you advertise this
It just needs a few homely touches and cleaning .
Lack of mirrors and no where in the 2nd bedroom to put/ hang your clothes .
A more deep clean needs to occur for edges of carpets, extractor fans etc. it really would be an excellent rating all around if this was addressed . Also hard to find so ideally add what3words to the arrival pack information you are sent.

The location is fabulous and good to have parking in Whitby
It needs some love! Someone who cares needs to stay here to realise there is no mirror in the en suite bathroom, that rugs, pictures, cushions would be nice to soften the place. It could be wonderful but it’s lacking in care. The floor and mirrors were really dirty when we arrived sadly.

The location and parking are without doubt exceptionally convenient. The property is well stocked with facilities and plenty of space.
The cleanliness. It ranged from the multitude of cobwebs, clear lack of hoovering and dust-laden extractor fan in the bathroom. More worrying were the black rubbish bags stuffed behind an external wall and rubbish spilling out onto the floor, leading to flies within the property.
