Worst stay we have ever had!
Terrace in front of the apartment.
Location - close to Olbia and nice beaches.
Everything in the apartment is extremely cheap and of low quality. Bed mattresses and pillows are really uncomfortable so it’s hard for a good nights sleep. Be aware that there is no air conditioning in the apartment and the heat in July even at night made it impossible to sleep well. Opening the windows doesn’t change anything but you will have plenty of mosquito bites the next day.
The bedding and towels (which are at an additional cost) are really rough and unpleasant to use. Again, most probably the cheapest possible. One thing that also surprised me was that we had to make our beds upon arrival in an apartment that costs over 200€ per night - I’ve been to camping sites that offer a higher standard of customer service than this.
The kitchen has 7 frying pans but all of them in a tragic condition - scratched and burnt, simply unusable. The little oven has broken knobs. See photos attached.
Upon arrival late in the afternoon, we had just 1 roll of toilet paper for a family of 5, a tiny bit of liquid soap and no garbage bags at all in the apartment. It’s not really comfortable to wake up the following day while on vacation, thinking that you have to go shopping straight away for such basics.
The bathroom, which is super small, has mildew all over the ceiling and upper parts of the walls (see photos). The shower sewage is basically blocked so when showering you are stepping in a pond of dirty water up to your ankles. We reported this to the owner - he didn’t even respond to my message about it.
We also asked the owner to supply two ventilators to the apartment because as I mentioned there is no air conditioning in the apartment and it was unbearable to function there, not to mention sleep well. The reply came after 2 days there there aren’t any in the local shop and they can be ordered however they would arrive after we leave.

la posizione è fantastica,Giulia l’host è carinissima e disponibilissima e la casa ha un portico fuori bellissimo.
La casa non è nuovissima gli utensili che ci sono sono un po datati,ma non trovo altri difetti
