This three-bedroom, three-bath condo is located in Anaconda, just a short 2-3 minute walk from the Super Bee Lift in the East Village. This spacious two-level condo features an updated kitchen with granite countertops.
Bedroom #1 (master) has a King bed.
Bedroom #2 (second master) has a King bed.
Bedroom #3 has a twin bunk bed, a single twin, and a twin trundle.
There are TVs in the first and second bedrooms, as well as a flat screen in the living room. The bunk room does not have a TV. You can also relax in the private reading nook in the loft.
This property is located on the third floor, and there is no elevator. Anaconda offers a shared hot tub for guest use, as well as a communal grill.
Parking: One car may be parked in the private garage below the unit. Additional vehicles will need to be parked in the Alpine Lot for an additional charge during the winter; summer parking is free.
A shared laundry facility is located on the first floor of the clubhouse building.
