The location is excellent, right across the street from the Museo de Lima in the historic centre. Decent breakfast. In a nice old mansion.
I wish the floors got washed more frequently, I went barefoot and my feet were dirty.

Loved learning about the history of the building as soon as I stepped in.
The breakfast was delicious, and the facilities were great. I’d definitely stay there again next time I’m in Lima.
Nothing to say.

Great location near the historic center, good breakfast and nice staff. Live music at the bar downstairs.
A bit noisy but not terrible.

There are museums and other cultural things you can see, all within walking distance. The grocery store is nearby, where you can buy everything from food to home decor to running shoes. It literally has everything! There's also a mall within walking distance.
Due to the road construction directly across the street, the traffic is narrowed to just two lanes in that direction. If you are a runner or a biker, this is perfect for your workout.
They have a house dog and 3 house cats that are all very friendly and social. There is a nice rooftop workout area, as well.
The location is right in the city center, and if you're staying only for one or maybe two nights, then it should be fine. But something to keep in mind is street noise. I am not one to complain because I can sleep through anything, but the street noise with the engines and CONSTANT horn honking all night and the traffic police whistles all make proper rest nearly impossible.
