Enjoy the perfect Mammoth Mountain getaway at Rainbow Villas #4, a spacious three-level townhome ideally located just 300 yards from Canyon Lodge! Featuring two private bedroom suites, an open loft with bunk beds, and three updated bathrooms, this inviting mountain retreat offers plenty of room for families and groups of up to eight guests. With easy access to the slopes and the Blue Line shuttle right outside, you can leave the car parked and enjoy everything Mammoth has to offer. On the main entry level one suite features a King-sized bed with TV and private en-suite full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The second suite has a Queen-sized bed, TV, en-suite private full bathroom, and the open loft in the upper level has a great set up for kids, with 2 sets of twin over twin bunk beds. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked for cooking family meals, with stainless steel appliances and ample seating for 8+ with additional seating at the breakfast bar making it easy to bring everyone together. Enjoy cozy evenings in the living area by the wood burning fireplace, large sectional couch and smart TV. Location is everything! Rainbow Villas is situated just 300 yards from Canyon Lodge, providing convenient access to Mammoth Mountain's ski lifts, mountain biking, and year-round outdoor recreation. The Blue line shuttle serves this area, making it easy to explore without worrying about parking. Rainbow Villas Complex offers an indoor year-round hot tub, paid laundry facilities on site, and two outside parking spaces directly by the front door of the unit. If more parking is required than is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including an indoor heated pool, steam room/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio, and more. We had a great trip to Mammoth and this unit was exacty what we were expecting. The rooms were a good size, comfortable and clean. Plenty of room for all of the kids. The onsite Jacuzzi was a plus and we also got to use the clubhouse amenities. It was difficult to regulate the heat. Also, the laundry was out of service on our trip.
