It was a beautiful place however the other renters that were there were very disrespectful. I had to call 3 times in one night for the owners to call the renters to calm them down. However it didn't work they only got louder with each call. Other than that it was a really nice place

We took a youth group of 19 up and we were greatly surprised at the amount of room we had.We were very pleased with the location.However there are just a few things I'd like to recommend (not complain about ??).1)updating the main television (our boys usually bring their PlayStation to enjoy during free time and it would not connect to the out dated tv.2) a door on the room that's connected to the kitchen would be nice.3)clearer markings outside(that show up in the dark) that shows you where each condo is. We had to look on each door which meant moving the Christmas wreaths to look behind them.4)Posted instructions in the condo of how to leave the condo; meaning the dirty linens and such. I had to call housekeeping to ask. Other than being short sheets for some of the beds (including sleeper sofa) and a light bulb out at the vanity, we can't really complain.Housekeeping quickly brought us additional sheets. We will be staying here again next year!

Condo was not ready to be occupied. No signal for TV's or internet. Fireplace would not turn on. Made several calls to try and resolve these problems. The young man they sent out was very nice and spent several hours trying to fix everything. Before he left he said they had not paid their bill and thus no signal for TV's or Internet. Also the carpets and curtains were dirty.

When I first stepped throughout the door I was very impressed. I loved the Christmas tree and the warm and cozy feeling but unfortunately too soon that faded. The refrigerator and freezer did not work so our ice cream and food became melted and no good. WORST SLEEP EVER!! The beds were hard and extremely uncomfortable!!! The walls have NO sound insulation SO WE COULDN'T SLEEP due to the neighbors simply talking. You could hear EVERY word. We went over and had to ask them to be quiet at midnight. IT WAS TERRIBLE!!! The dishwasher didn't work. The freezer had rust dripping down the front of the door. My suggestions: Add foam on top of the beds. Replace the refrigerator/freezer. Repair or replace the dishwasher. It would be awesome with just a few fixes. Instead your guests are left with the feeling you are sub par.
