The location was exceptional
There was no WiFi although free WiFi was advertised.
The location was excellent however the exterior view was dire, in fact we didn’t even open the curtains! Perhaps put a patterned plastic covering over the windows would help as you wouldn’t be able to see out but you could open the curtains & allow some light in. The access courtyard was disgusting, bird droppings everywhere!

After a rather shabby entrance, the flat was initially a pleasant surprise, spacious stylish and modern. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedroom had plenty of storage. We were looking forward to our stay as the location is on a street filled with restaurants and bars - but not in a rowdy or raucous way!
There was no WiFi, although this was clearly included. We found a number of comments left by previous occupants all saying the same things and the WiFi has been out of action for several months. Also the signal from our phones couldn't be picked up inside the property, so it was incredibly frustrating. The flat is rather hot - we were there in September and needed two of them on all the time we were in the property. According to some remarks left at the flat the fans had been out of action in July! My husband did finally manage to get the TV to work although of course it was French language only (I can't really complain about that!) The shower was a problem as the drain was incredibly slow and the bathroom could flood easily if you weren't really careful. We tried to ring the assistance number given on the paperwork, but could not get a reply. And another helpful thing would be to have the instructions to finding and entering the property in English - we managed to get by with our rusty French but it would have been so much easier if we had the information in our own language - not too much to ask if you are catering to foreign visitors.

The apartment didn’t have pot holder or oven mitt so getting hot dishes out of the oven was tricky with only one kitchen towel

The location of the apartment was great,very central yet quiet.Comfortable beds
Quite a lot.Very stuffy and dark-the plug for the fan in the living area was damaged and did not fit in the socket so it was uncomfortably hot.The shower flooded the floor every time it was used.There was no wifi,which according to previous guests has been an issue since early July.A cup in the kitchen was cracked and leaked hot water on me,we were only provided with 2 toilet rolls for 3 people for 7 days. The views were non existent and dirty,no light can get in to apartment.When the issues were raised, I was ignored.It was disappointing as I have used this provider several times in the last few years and was always happy with them but it seems standards are slipping and I cannot recommend.
