Great location, close to train station, colosseum, Trevi fountain etc
No bar or restaurant on site, rooms were quite small.

The location was very convenient to Roma Termini and the opera house. The room was a good size, clean, comfortable and had a great air conditioner. The reception staff member was very professional.
The bed was too firm for my preference. We stayed on the west end of the hotel and could hear the road traffic. The breakfast was expensive, but it was lots of food.

Check in was easy and efficient. We were able to get our room key about an hour before standard check in time which we appreciated . The location was brilliant, which presumably is the reason behind this hotels fairly pricey nightly rate
Room was shabby , which was disappointing as we had upgraded to a superior room. The teas and coffees weren’t replaced and the wooden frame on the bathroom door kept falling off. We didn’t report it as the hotel should have been aware and we didn’t want to have to wait on maintenance. We also got a phone call one morning at roughly 2am from reception asking us to keep noise down. We were sleeping and this call woke us up. We could then hear a loud ish voice coming from further down the corridor which presumably was the problem. Hotel staff should have checked this out rather than guessing what room was the issue and then calling and disturbing their already tired and well behaved guests
