The property offers a convenient location near the ghats, complemented by a vibrant and secure environment. The staff provided excellent service, the dining options were satisfactory, and the tea remained of exceptional quality.
The room size, honestly. I was hoping for something bigger, but I can't complain since it was clean and safe.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. It is very conveniently located next to the famous Assi Ghat. Mr Mohan is very helpful in meeting our requirements. The rooms are clean and cozy. There is lift access now for all the floors. Good vegetarian food is available in the restaurant. It’s good value for money.

The location is good, 2 mins walking from Assi Ghat. The food at the hotel is great. The staff is also good.
The flush in the washroom wasn't working and despite complaining it didn't get fixed. The room shown (river view) on booking.com wasn't the one we got on checkin. They refused to change the room, there was a bigger room available and unlocked throughout our stay and they still didn't provide us with a better room. The price of the room didn't match the expectations at all. The room kettle was also not clean. Although the hotel premise and the room was clean and fresh furniture and fittings I still expected better for this price for a family room.
