Very good location. Comfortable beds, also the sofabed. Clean. Good equipped kitchen. The terrace was very good.
Parking, not a big thing for us, you should expect some issues arriving with car to a old city. In theory there is free parking (street) but almost impossible to find in reality. The paid parking they refers to is very expensive (and potentially in the restricted zon). But this street they refers to load and unload thing is precisely on the edge of the restricted zon and possible to enter without getting fined. We parking in the the big parking house by the station (la statzion), 2 euro a day and feels safe. The only thing is that it's a 20 min walk from the stay. It's not totally easy to understand the host instructions in the matter, maybe because of the translation in the app. But it would be nice if they explained all of this more clearly, also now since the creation of the restricted zone for cars.

The in the Check in instructions indicated free parking was full, first day we used San Francesco parking. 10 mins away, hike up the steep hill to the apartment, for parking 35 Eur a day. Tough price. We opted for paid parking ' La Stazione ' 20 minutes away, but only 2 Eur a day. :) it is with security cameras and we found always good spot. Take Risalita to Centro from there and then follow google maps to the top of the street where the apartment is. Much easier walk through the pretty city and then downhill instead of dragging yourself up that steep street.
Apartment has much nice decorations. Cool bike too that is for sale. Equipment in kitchen is good for simple home cooking.
The upstairs neighbours are loud. All day is adult and kid feet stomping, dragging furniture across floor and kids running. Loud talking in the hallway. Starts between 6-7 am until late at night.
The stone floors of the whole apartment made our socks very dirty. It did not feel like clean floors. We needed to wash the cutlery, pots and other items for cooking that we wanted to use because it was not proper clean when we arrived.
Some of the power outlets are very loose in the wall.

The street outside is VERY steep but the backs of the houses face over the valley bottom where one of the oldest fountains, Fonte d'Ovile, is, just outside the city wall. The view from the terrace is of trees, and funky balconies and shutters. It's always in shade - good in hot weather.
A floor-standing fan was broken - essential in hot Siena. The host provided an alternative within a few hours.

Setting of the flat and lovely garden.
Directions to the flat when translated into English were impossible to follow. Very few amenities: three small shampoo sachets for two people for three nights. Three sheets of kitchen towel. Problems with damp bed linen and boiler ( no hot water) were fixed after we encountered them.
