Location, views, facilities (including spa) and room were excellent. Staff were extremely welcoming and breakfast was very good.
Access to the hotel is very restrictive as it is located on the promenade with no traffic out front. As a result, your transportation drops you off some 100 yards away or behind the hotel, where there is no rear access.
Also, it was difficukt on a number of occassions to attract staff servicing the beach area to either order drinks or to clear tables, which they shouldn't be prompted to do.

Our room was spacious and clean. We had a nice view to the ocean and the amazing sun sets.
No reception to relax in and no bar or food facility other than a poor breakfast selection 8 to 10.30am daily. The selection never changed during our 5 day stay.

- Magnificent view from the room.
- The staff is 10/10 — everyone was very friendly and helpful!
- Room service is pretty good.
- Breakfast is good as well; I’d rate it 8/10. The only downside is that it is almost the same every day, but overall it is fine.
- The beach is less than a 5-minute walk away.

Staff was great.
There is no check in after midnight. The policy states they charge you after midnight but there is actually no concierge overnight. They will only wait an hour max. If you are arriving late it’s not the best choice.
