Great location, very dissatisfied with the flat and its internal amenities.. needs have a fix up!

The location The A/C Th ere was no internet when we arrived and the staff were quick to fix the issue which was good.

The amenities in the flat were poor, the main door handle was broken, literally coming off from inside, the water pressure in the kitchen sink was a dribble so it took a good 2 minutes to fill the kettle, the door in the toilet came fully off its hinges twice and the doors scraped on the floor from not being hung right. The place needs a lot of attention before I would ever consider staying here again. The only plus was the location was fabulous and the building is nice. They also advertised as two bathrooms when in fact it’s a shower room then a seperate toilet, so in essence 1 bathroom split into two rooms. Very disappointed customer

The only positive is the location, which is central and convenient. But if you’re looking for a smooth, respectful, and reliable stay, I strongly recommend booking elsewhere.

Disappointing Experience — Poor Communication and Misleading Listing Our stay at this property was frustrating from the beginning. Key collection was a hassle, requiring a 15-minute walk from the apartment, and to make matters worse, we were asked to provide a security deposit outside of Booking.com, which felt unprofessional and completely undermines the trust that comes with using a platform like this. Once we received the access code, things were manageable—until it came time to return the keys. The lockbox system failed, and after trying for over 20 minutes and repeatedly contacting the host with no response, we were left with no option but to leave the keys securely on top of the box. Hours later, the host finally called—not to assist, but to yell at us, threatening to withhold the deposit. This level of hostility and unresponsiveness is unacceptable. Throughout the stay, the host was largely unreachable during urgent situations. If you do get a reply, it may come hours later—and possibly with aggression. Checkout was a chore unlike anything you’d expect from a normal hotel: we were required to take out the trash, clean the dishes, empty all bins, close all blinds, and shut off all A/C and lights, all before hiking back to return the keys via a lockbox system that didn't work. The apartment itself did not match the listing photos. It is misleadingly advertised as having two bathrooms, but it's actually one bathroom split into two small rooms. The furnishings were minimal—just a single thin sheet on the bed, and the overall vibe was dingy and tired. The only positive is the location, which is central and convenient. But if you’re looking for a smooth, respectful, and reliable stay, I strongly recommend booking elsewhere.

Excellent choice for families

Lovely apartment in a great location close to beach. Plenty restaurants and shops around although the very centre is a 15 min walk. Price is rather good considering how expensive Cannes is.
