We had a wonderful stay at this very nice, family-run hotel. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are absolutely amazing — friendly, attentive and always ready to help. The service was excellent throughout our stay. Our room was renovated and had plenty of space. The bed was very comfortable.
We also really enjoyed the food and drinks (half board). Everything was tasty and well prepared. We especially liked that at breakfast you could order coffee and have your eggs prepared just the way you like them — a small detail, but it made breakfast feel very special.
The location is great: within walking distance of the village, while Bruneck, Kronplatz and other surrounding attractions are just a short drive away.
Some parts of the hotel, especially the basement area, feel a little old-fashioned and could benefit from some renovation. However, this did not take away from the overall positive experience.
