Great location. Rome was clean.
Room was small.

Our second time staying at this hotel and will be our hotel of choice every time we stay in Florence. Beautiful rooms in an unbeatable location. The service at the front is great, and even if you arrive after hours, the staff responds instantly on WhatsApp and help you with check in and any questions. I’d recommend to friends and family.

Location Middleton the centre.
Very bad smell in the corridor, very noisy, that’s why they give earplugs. No cleaning service during our stay, towels and bed linnen can only be changed after 3 days with extra charge, the airconditioning is not cooling properly and makes a fluctuating sound, to expensive for what you get.
