It was on the 2nd floor with a verandas and outside table. Very cute, could eat dinner there. Loved the gown and slippers nice touch the stay.

The overall treatment was beyond my expectations. I don't know when last I had a person receiving me with my luggage in a hotel. Thumbs up to the staff. I don't even have time for the pool, gym or pictures
Nothing at all

Hi, my only 2 suggestions would be the bed mattress is too firm, the rest of the room was great.
The other is the pool area, the guests are exposed to day-conference visitors, some privacy would be great, and also more entry-level conveniences at the poolside, like small tables, lounger mattresses, and towels.
The above.
