Overall really good, will definitely return.

Apartment was great with an amazing ocean view , staff was great, respectful and willing to help.

Everything was really good, only thing to suggest is a second AC unit for the first level of the apartment other than that the fan worked okay and the bedroom AC unit cooled the downstairs area.

Our experience was stressful and overpriced, with sleepless nights and hidden fees.

Location was great and the view from our apartment was amazing!

We couldn’t sleep at all during our stay. The wind made the windows shake loudly all night, and it felt really unsettling. We triple-checked to make sure they were fully closed, but they seem old and probably need to be replaced. We stayed two nights and had the same experience both nights. Unfortunately, it made it very hard to rest. On top of that, the extra fees weren’t great. We were charged for wristbands—something other places include in the price—and there was also a cleaning fee, yet guests are still asked to take out the garbage. There weren’t even extra garbage bags provided aside from the one already in the bin. Overall, not the best experience.

Great building not a good check in dirty apartment

It is a good building, secure, the security guards are great. Pool on roof and entry. My friend was living here so I knew the building and knew I wanted to be in the building. It is a great location near so many restaurants and shops. This is a large corner apartment with a good deal of floor space. There are two bathrooms and a washing machine. AC worked properly.

Apartment had grime and straw on floors (from chairs falling apart), drawers full of dirt, had not been swept or mopped, furniture stained and marked up, sometimes broken, counters with food waste smeared on them, chairs were broken, the woman there when I checked in was mean. She kept calling me "chica" (I am late 40s). She would not clean and seemed mad at me for complaining. Then she took away pillows and pillow cases? I had to pay cash as the link did not work for US cards messages the week prior about payment went unanswered. They did not want to give me a receipt. When I complained via whats app to the manager about the condition (was given this number so I could submit payment) I was told to "tranquillo". They said they could send someone the next day to clean, I just did it myself, it is wrong to stay even one night in fiflth. This was my third apartment this year in Colombia my 2nd in Santa Marta but the first time I had such an issue. There is nothing in the apartment not even bin liners left in the bathroom trash to get started. 2 towels, no bath mat, no hand towel. Fridge filters indicated changing required. Check in woman did not speak English but would not talk slowly or simply so I could understand. No information given, not even where to put trash: fyi there is a chute in the hall. There are much nicer apartments in this building for the same price I have seen them. Reserve earlier to snag those!
