To begin with, it was a problem to enter the Airbnb. The check was very complicated entering I didn't have a number. The apartment was very difficult to find because it didn't even have a number marked on the door when entering. We realized that there was no Wi-Fi second fault, the curtain was damaged that curtain was broken and all the light came in third failure the kitchen did not have a sponge to wash the dishes and the key was totally destroyed fourth failure I found a dirty sheet, smelling, horrible and smelling of urine the covers were yellow they were with a bad smell the sofa was dirty with a bad smell. I think someone like that shouldn't have this Airbnb to rent it. They are the kind of people who like to get money out of Airbnb but they don't like to make investments and they don't like to fix the kitchen knife. It was drilled everywhere it looked like a saw and not a knife there I will leave the rating it seems to me that it is an Airbnb that should not be for rent. If they're not going to make an investment, the worst Airbnb I've rented since I'm doing this Tour of Europe. Here I will attach the photos of the horrible state of the Airbnb. I hope they can improve

Hostile communication made me uncomfortable staying

Nothing!!!!!

Absolutely disastrous communication – the worst I have ever experienced with an accommodation provider. I simply asked whether I could complete the contactless check-in later because of my flight situation. Instead of trying to help, the host became increasingly hostile and even threatened to remove my keys from the keybox if I continued asking for clarification. I had paid for three nights, yet no alternative was offered for me to check in the following day and use the remaining nights. The whole interaction left me so uncomfortable that I booked alternative accommodation at my own expense. Based on my experience, I absolutely would not recommend this property. There are plenty of other places to stay in Cologne where guests can expect professional and respectful communication. AVOID IT!!!!

Do not stay here

Nothing

Sheets had marks Shower was broken Fridge had old food and dirty Window sills had mouldy objects Curtains had cigarette burn holes and were off rails Toilet was filthy We got given the wrong instructions for which room which added 90mins to checkin

“A dirty, moldy, and unsafe room that forced me to leave immediately — this property should not be listed on any platfor

Absolutely nothing — and I would strongly warn other travelers to avoid this property entirely.

Everything was below any acceptable standard. The fan was caked in thick dust and completely unusable. The sofa was stained, covered in hair and dirt. The shower curtain was visibly moldy. The laminate flooring in the kitchenette was broken and separated, posing a tripping hazard. The room was not just dirty — it was a health and safety risk. I left immediately after arrival and had to book alternative accommodation at my own expense

Die Lage war sehr gut. Man kann in wenigen Minuten alles erreichen was man möchte.

Das Zimmer hatte mehrere Mängel: nicht funktionsfähige Mikrowelle , loser Steckdose, nicht funktionsfähiger Wasserkocher und der Müll vom Vorgänger wurde nicht raus gebracht.
