This was my second stay, and it was just as lovely as the first! Claire is always so welcoming and makes you feel right at home. The space is gorgeous, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and everything is beautifully looked after. I wouldn't normally be keen on shared bathrooms, but they are always spotlessly clean, with plenty available for everyone. Claire is constantly popping in to clean and make sure everything is lovely. Although breakfast isn't advertised, there's a really thoughtful selection of bread for toast, jams, fresh fruit, cereals, milk, tea and coffee, all available to help yourself to. There's also a lovely, comfortable living room where you can relax. It's a brilliant place to stay when visiting Margate. I will be back again for next year's Samhain . Thank you again, Claire, for another wonderful stay. Highly recommend! xx

Location very central and perfect for gigs at Dreamland

No ensuite

The house is beautiful, peaceful, and decorated very stylishly -- this applies to both the bedrooms and the shared spaces. I loved that tea, coffee, and breakfast is freely available in the kitchen. It's really central to everything while being quiet. A proper sanctuary!

It's quite close to the centre. The room and toilet were very clean and instructions to get to the house were clear and easy.

The room was next to the water heater and the noise was quite loud every time it was working.
