Bardzo dobrze wysposażona kuchnia w nowy sprzęt AGD. Wspaniały basen. Właściciel Pan Ted był bardzo sympatyczny i służył pomocą w każdej sprawie.
Możnaby zamontować klimatyzację również w salonie połączonym z kuchnią.

Great location in the middle of Gozo. Nice and quiet community. The pool is really nice although deep so not for someone who can’t swim. The Villa is great but a bit used.

Hinter der unscheinbaren grünen Tür erreicht man durch einen Gang mit überhängenden Granatäpfeln und Oliven ein wunderschönes Anwesen. Das Haus in dem warmen Goldton der typischen gozitanischen/maltesischen Häuser ist gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz. Bei der Ausstattung haben wir nichts vermisst. Die Mahlzeiten fanden für uns auf der Terrasse unter dem Sonnenschirm statt, den wunderbaren sauberen Pool haben wir und unsere Kinder mehrfach täglich genutzt. Da der Pool eine Wassertiefe von 1,60 - 2,30 m hat (sehr angenehm) sollten Kinder sicher schwimmen können. Der großzügig angelegte Garten bietet viel Sonne und absolute Privatsphäre. Schattige Sitzplätze unter Olivenbäumen sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Ted kam regelmäßig vorbei um zu fragen wie es uns geht und um sich um den Pool zu kümmern.
Der Ort Xewkija ist malerisch und zu recht stolz auf seine Kirche (Rotunda). Unbedingt die Restaurants „Pjazza“ und „Peppina“ an der Kirche probieren!
Die Badezimmer könnten irgendwann eine Sanierung vertragen. Nicht falsch verstehen: Alles funktioniert und sie bieten alles was nötig ist, inkl. eines Bidets.

We had a wonderful vaction at Villa Xini. Our host Ted is a very kind and smart person, wo was always open for conversation. He arranged a transfer from Malta Airport for us, so we could reach our destination without any poblems. The house itself was big, full of light and we had a nice terrsace and garden with an outstanding, private pool! The house is located in a calm neighbourhood, but a good pizza place and small shops just a few minutes walk away. We can imaginge, going there again, some time soon with our friends. Lovely place!
