The location was excellent and facilities were good. Large comfortable bed.
Entry was cramped. Outdoor area was not private

Good location and room
Tried to let reception know about conflicting text/booking requirements between booking.com and The Cove sending similar booking payment requests - receptionist on arrival was very difficult and appeared to ignore what I was trying to identify and trying to make it out that I was difficult. My impression was that she did not want to address or understand issue, rather play me as doing something wrong, or difficult.
