The place was clean, host was friendly and helpful, big balcony with a great view as well as private parking provided. Would come back 10/10

Everything was lovely. A beautiful beach is about 10 minutes away indeed. A wonderful view from the balcony. Four parking slots are available, from 17 to 09 car can be parked in front of the house across the street.

Everything perfect! The staff was very friendly and kind, they helped us with everything. They makes our holidays very comfortable that we decide to stay more days! The rooms were very clear and the position very easy for moving in every part of the beaches! Easy to go with the car because of the parking they have! We recommend very strongly this place! We will return again!

A beautiful view ruined by rude treatment, a false no-show cancellation, and constant stress.

The view of Sveti Stefan from the balcony was truly beautiful. However, this view can be enjoyed from many places in the area, and unfortunately, it was the only positive aspect of our stay.

We booked this family-run property through Booking.com while travelling. At check-in, we were told that payment was cash only. We explained that we needed to withdraw money and offered a partial payment, but the host said we could pay the full amount later. The next day, ATMs charged about €70 to withdraw €400, while a Turkish bank branch and ATM were closed for a public holiday. When we calmly explained this, another family member rudely asked, “Why are you travelling without cash?” although our partial-payment offer had already been declined. We cancelled our evening plans, paid the high ATM fee and gave the full €385 in cash that evening. The next morning, Booking.com informed us that the property had marked us as a no-show and cancelled the reservation, although we were still staying there and had paid in full. The property said there was “no problem” and would not correct it. They also initially refused to provide proof of payment; after repeated requests, we received only a handwritten signed note, not an official invoice or standard receipt. Later, through Booking.com messages, the property claimed the reservation was cancelled because we had moved from Room 11 to Room 10. This never happened. We never stayed in Room 11, changed rooms or requested Room 10; we simply stayed in the room shown to us at check-in. We had to contact Booking.com repeatedly throughout our stay. The rude communication, false room-change explanation, no-show cancellation and reluctance to provide a receipt caused serious stress. Free parking is advertised, but there is space for only about two cars. Our room was not cleaned during our five-night stay; only one rubbish bag was collected. The owners’ limited English made problems harder to resolve. Apart from the beautiful Sveti Stefan view, there was nothing positive about the property. This was the worst hotel experience of my life.
