About this apartment rental
Vacation apartment with a view of the dike and a little bit of a sea view!
Your apartment is located on the 1st floor of the "Vierjahreszeiten" building, right behind the dike, at the dike passage leading to the pier at Nystedplatz.
With 50 m² of space, there’s plenty of room for up to 4 people:
- entryway with coat rack
- living area with a sofa corner that converts into a bed,
integrated dining area with table and chairs,
direct access to the balcony with a partial ocean view
- separate kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer compartment
- bathroom bathed in natural light with shower, toilet, and hair dryer
- Bedroom with a double bed and two small wardrobes
- All rooms have external roller blinds
Swim in the private pool (free use exclusively for guests and owners of the “Vier Jahreszeiten” house), relax in the sauna (coin-operated)!
A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use (for a fee) in the building’s basement.
A parking space (maximum height 175 cm) and bicycle storage are located in the garage.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this accommodation!

Es war alles bestens, Wohnung war sehr schön, vor allem direkt hinter dem Deich.Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Auch das Schwimmbad war sehr schön und sauber. Alles sehr zu empfehlen.

Schöne Fewo, entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die gute strandnahe Lage und auch ein abschließbarer Fahrradraum haben uns sehr gefallen. Wir hatten einen Schlüssel verloren und das Vermietungsbüro hat uns mit einem erstklassigen Service sofort weitergeholfen und wir konnten den Urlaub weiter genießen. Danke dafür und wir können Sie gerne weiterempfehlen.

Im Badezimmer fehlt ein Mülleimer
In der Dusche eine Rutschmatte
Der kleine Schrank im Wohnzimmer muß an der Wand befestigt werden ist zu gefährlich wenn man ihn auf macht kommt er dir endgegen!!
