Lovely spacious, clean room. Fridge in room.
Friendly host.
There was no kettle or Tea/Coffee making equipment.
The bathroom was small and claustrophobic.
Building work being carried out in small courtyard which was the only view.

Great place, very clean and well kept. Sabino was awesome.

Sabino the owner is extremely helpful and the room itself is fairly large. It is walking distance to the colosseum and has a supermarket very close by.
The location of the property is probably not the best for families. It at times felt a little unsafe. Lots of men hanging around the streets and they were not particularly friendly. The elevator is a tight squeeze with luggage, but for an older building probably lucky it even has an elevator.
